Project Description: This phase consists of vivarium
renovations in McGavran-Greenberg Hall and Coker Hall,
scheduled to begin mid-2018. Subcontractor bid packages
include:
01 - Final Cleaning,
05 - Structural & Misc. Steel,
07 - Roofing,
08A - Automatic Entrances,
10 - Wall Protection,
11 - Modular Walls,
12 - Lab Casework & Equipment,
21 - Fire Suppression,
32 - Landscaping,
33 - Grading & Utilities.

Prequalification Packages are due to Kyle Ramsey
(kyle.ramsey@ctwilson.com) by April 5, 2018. Historically
Underutilized Business (HUB) participation is strongly
encouraged.
