CAPITAL PLANNING, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION
Support for university capital planning, design, and construction is provided under the direction of the senior associate vice president for finance and capital planning. The office is responsible for supporting universities and affiliates in the development of capital budget requests and approval by the Board of Governors and other governmental entities. The office also assists in capital project execution, coordinating with universities, affiliates, and state agencies.
