UNC Greensboro is seeking letters of interest from
qualified
professionals for the Coleman Athletics Weight Room
Alterations (room 123) Project. Design will consider ways to
utilize existing space more efficiently and options for
expanding the space including addition of a new interior
balcony. Limited office spaces will be added.

Responses should be no more than 10 sheets of paper (double
sided), excluding SF 330 form. Submit one (1) electronic
copy and two (2) hard copies of the response in the
following format:

- Adequate staff and proposed design or consultant team and
their relevant project experience
Tab 4: Relevant Experience & Other Important Factors
- Specialized or appropriate expertise in the type of
project
- Past performance on similar projects
- Current work load and State projects awarded
- Proposed design approach for the project
- Recent experience with project costs and schedules
- Construction administration capabilities
- Proximity to and familiarity with the area where the
project is located
- Record of successfully completed projects without major
legal or technical problems
- Energy Conservation / LEED experience

qualifications. As a reminder, the SF-330 is an attachment
to the proposal, not a substitution for the proposal. The SF
330 is for information only and will not be used in
determining the shortlisted firms.
