Sealed proposals will be received by the UNCW Architectural & Construction Services Dept in Wilmington, North Carolina in the Facilities Annex Building, Conference Room 2, 5150 Lionfish Drive, Wilmington North Carolina 28406 until 2:00 p.m. on April 4, 2018 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Outdoor Fields and Facilities Enhancement- Building 7D. Bids will be received for a single prime contract only. All proposals shall be lump sum.
