Metcon, on behalf of FSU is seeking to pre-qualify interested subcontractor for the New Residence Hall Project. The overall project scope is a new four-story, structural steel building approximately 87,930 GSF. The project will include sitework, structure, building envelope consisting of masonry, fiber cement panels, and metal panels, fully finished interiors, complete MEP, full building sprinkler system, and required trades to complete new construction of the residence hall.
