| Project Description | One-Two Sentences North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University
is seeking qualified designers to provide design leadership
for boiler replacement upgrades at the TE Neal Steam Plant.
The upgrades consist of replacement/repair of infrastructure
critical to the operation of the steam plant. Projects will
be completed in phases. Phase 1 -infrastructure upgrade,
including replacement of the feed water piping system, the
boiler feed pumps, the continuous blowdown station, the
condensate pumps, and the de-aerating tank. Phase 2 -
Replacement of Boiler # 3, Phase 3-Replacement of existing
pneumatic controls with DDC controls. North Carolina
A&T State University reserves the right to utilize the
selected designer for additional phases of this project,
which may be authorized within the next 18 months, at the
University's option. Current project authority is for
