The structure will include a steel framing system, augmented with concrete/metal deck floor slabs for the elevated floors and a slab-on-grade first floor. The facility's interiors will consist of classrooms, labs, and study spaces on the first two levels, with the Optometry and Occupational Therapy Clinics on the first floor. The partial third floor will house the administration office spaces for the building. A food service component will also be located on the first floor with a multifunction dining hall space that can double as a large lecture room. The exterior of the building will incorporate a mixture of masonry brick veneer, GFRC, precast, curtainwall/storefront glazing, and metal panels.
