Barnhill Contracting Co. & Holt Brothers Construction, a Joint Venture, has been selected as Construction Manager at Risk by the University of North Carolina and seeks to pre-qualify construction trade and specialty contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, material, equipment, and other for the new "UNC Kenan Flagler Business School Addition" (KFBS) at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Principal trade and specialty contractors are solicited for the following Bid Packages: BP0740-Roofing, BP0800-Turnkey Doors/Frames/Hardware & Specialties/Accessories, BP0985-Acoustical Wall Treatments, BP1065-Operable Partitions, BP1235-Fixed Audience Seating & Classroom Furniture, BP2600-Electrical, BP3290-Landscape & Irrigation, BP585 ??? Ornamental Railings. Additional Packages may be added and/or deleted at the discretion of the Construction Manager.
