| | Prequalifying for | | This project is contracted by ECSU's Foundation in
cooperation with the USDA and includes complete renovation
of Bias Hall Residence building which is 29,934 sf with
alternate pricing for the demolition of two residence halls,
Hugh Cale (19,311 sf) and Doles (16,542 sf). The owner is
Elizabeth City State University and the site is located at
1704 Weeksville Road Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
An informal Outreach and Public Information Session about
the project will be conducted on Tuesday December 3,2019 at
the site from 1:00pm until 3:00 PM. At this meeting,
prospective bidders and suppliers can meet the CM team and
learn about the project and its requirements. This project
will be funded through a loan from the United States
Department of Agriculture (USDA). Federal and State
Requirements and Special Conditions for Construction as
published in the bid documents are required by all
contractors and suppliers for this project.
