Improvements to Case Academic Dining Addition, located on 240 Jeter Dr., Raleigh, NC 27607. The scope of work consists of the construction of a 2,800 square foot dining addition, a 250 square foot mechanical room addition, and a 4,800 square foot interior renovation of the existing food service and existing dining areas. The work includes, but is not limited to, site improvements, concrete foundation and floor slabs, masonry, structural steel, membrane roofing, storefront systems, interior finishes, casework, plus associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical system improvements. Contractor is required to coordinate activities and deliveries with the Case Commons Residence Hall project. The project is located directly adjacent to the Case Commons Residence Hall project which will be under construction from March 2018 through July 2019. Construction access to the project site will be restricted at times, in particular at the Service Drive. The Case Commons Residence Hall project will be installing new utilities to serve the Case Academic Center (CAC). The project is scheduled to begin work on 4/9/2018 and be completed on or before 8/3/2018.
