| Project Description | One-Two Sentences We are seeking a qualified architectural designer to lead
the renovation of the Spaulding building into a
state-of-the-art mental health facility. The project
involves transforming an existing 8,650 square feet building
into a modern facility that meets the specialized needs of
mental health patients, staff, and visitors. The selected
designer will play a crucial role in creating a safe,
therapeutic, and welcoming environment conducive to healing
and recovery.
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected designer may be retained through full design and
construction at the university's option. | |||||
