| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project will repair HVAC systems across the campus to
provide reliable, energy efficient operation, and
comfortable indoor environments. The selected designer will
be responsible for developing and prioritizing a phased
implementation plan, including estimated costs for the
initial phases that align with current available budget. The
state's FCAP (Facilities Condition Assessment Program)
report will provide initial information for development of a
prioritized list. Full design and construction
administration will be required for phases within the
current authorized budget. The designer will assist in the
identification and prioritization of additional phases and
may be retained for full design and construction of
additional phases funded within 18 months, at NCSSM's
option. Responses are due by noon on 3/6/2024. | |||||
