| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The renovation of the Sanford Commons retail food service
space. This project seeks to engage a designer who has the
ability to work with a select retail food provider design
group to meet both retailer and Food Service strategic goals
for the area. Scope of work will include coordinating the
construction of the retail space (approximately 2000sf)
including kitchen and serving areas with the retail partner.
Project costs will include construction (demolition and
renovation), design, furniture, and equipment that will
allow for improved customer service, menu, aesthetics, and
improved efficiency. | |||||
