| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Project Description: North Carolina State University is
seeking firms to provide limited term Professional Design
Services for small renovations and new construction projects
under $500K for the following disciplines. Please submit one
copy of your proposal. Services solicited (the number of
firms to be selected is shown in parentheses): Architectural
(8); Asbestos, Environmental, Hazardous Materials (5),
Electrical (6), Civil Engineering/Landscape Architecture
(3), Commissioning (3), Electrical (6), Estimating (2),
GIS/Surveying (3), Lab Design (4), Mechanical (6); Move
Planning Services (3), Roofing (2); Structural Engineering
(3); Testing (4). Please note submittal information for each
discipline is located at the bottom of each briefing sheet.
