| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The space analysis will develop options for optimizing space
utilization and creating highly effective and functional
work environments in the Administrative Services
Neighborhood at NC State University. Space types include
office, office support, and document storage in six campus
buildings with a total assignable square footage of about
115,000. The scope includes the development of programmatic
needs and functional work requirements for each unit taking
into consideration unit adjacency requirements, flexible
work schedules, and opportunities for a mix of task-based
individual and shared workspaces. The study will develop
options for a phased reconfiguration and/or repurposing of
space along with budgeting for each phase. Hybrid workspace
standards will be developed. | |||||
