| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project renovates the Institutional Advancement
building, a single story, 9445 SF structure, constructed in
1976. The scope of work includes:
- Electrical main distribution panel upgrade
- Existing HVAC systems and controls upgrade
- Installation of a generator sized to serve the building
load
- Upgrade the existing building space to serve new occupants
