 Project Description One-Two Sentences
Investigation, design, and construction services for upgrading the 2nd floor laboratory exhaust system; including the following goals: (1) Evaluate AHU for possible replacement, (2) Evaluate ductwork for needed repairs, (3) Replace 2 exhaust fans on roof, (4) Replace exhaust fan VFDs, (5) Add heat recovery to exhaust system and associated AHU on 1st Floor, (6) New VAVs or EVs for hoods and general exhaust, and (7) New controls for entire 2nd Floor air system. Consideration of alternative approaches with cost estimates will be part of the expected design effort.
