| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This solicitation includes two individual projects to be
executed under one design firm and one commissioning firm.
The two projects are the New Residence Hall ($40M) and the
New College of Education Building ($63M). Separate
commissioning contracts will be issued for each project. | |||||
