| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project is comprised of two individual projects to be
executed under one design firm and CM@R contract (as well as
one commissioning firm). The two projects are (A) the Edwin
Duncan Hall Renovation ($20,000,000) and (B) the Peacock
Hall, Walker College of Business Addition and possible
