Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

As part of a strategic partnership between UNC Chapel Hill Libraries and UNC College of Arts and Sciences, this project intends to relocate the Center for Student Success and Academic Counseling (CSSAC) to the House Undergraduate Library. The project envisions a reconfiguration that substantively enhances the identity and relevance of the two entities at this central location of the UNC Chapel Hill campus. The project scope - based on an extensive feasibility study - includes renovation of approximately a third of the existing space and is envisioned to include architectural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and technology upgrades. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
