Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

This project's scope of work includes the renovation of spaces for the UNC Women's Basketball program across 7,000 square feet at Carmichael Arena. The facility improvements will involve reconfiguration and renovation of the main player entry, office spaces, break areas, lounge, locker rooms, restrooms, and storage & support spaces. This project will require improvements to the existing plumbing, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, including new lighting. New finishes are anticipated throughout all areas, as well as new lockers, furniture, graphics, and audio-visual equipment. The Design Services shall include: Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection. The design team shall prepare SD/DD, and CD level Contract Documentation to include Phasing & Staging Plans, and Project Budget Cost Analysis.
