| Project Description | One-Two Sentences UNCW is soliciting the services of a commissioning agent for
a new 20,000 SF dining facility. The building will serve
both faculty/staff & students, and will be an important
feature along the Housing Village Walk, providing much
needed food service near Chancellor's Walk and the new
Housing Village. The facility will be visible and accessible
from Price Drive. Design will also include an area
designated for outdoor gatherings. | |||||
