| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The University of North Carolina System Office is seeking
proposals from qualified firms experienced in academic and
campus planning to conduct a system-wide analysis of the
capital needs of each of the constituent institutions in
relation to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math
(STEM) facilities. The successful proposer will develop a
strategic capital plan for STEM projects to determine areas
where capital funds may be used more efficiently and
effectively to address future STEM capital building needs.
