Project Description
One-Two Sentences
Provide design services to replace existing roof membrane
systems on three sections of a multi-level building
comprising approximately 31,600 sf. Existing roof system is
predominantly ballasted bitumen roof over insulating panels
over concrete-on-metal roof deck. Designers shall have
experience in envelope design, substrate moisture
investigation, membrane roof systems and fluid-applied roof
restoration systems.
