| Project Description | One-Two Sentences UNCG is accepting proposals for design, bidding, and
construction administration services in support of
university MINOR renovation and construction projects (i.e.
less than $500,000). These Open-End Agreements, (OEA), are
annual service agreements and will be applied on an
as-needed basis by the university. Details on the required
services will be provided in individual work orders as an
individual, specific project is identified. The exact
requirements for that particular effort will be defined
within a statement of work to be issued by Facilities Design
& Construction.
Duly qualified professionals may submit for the following
disciplines:
1. Architectural;
2. Asbestos Abatement (Design and Testing Services);
3. Asbestos Abatement (Removal);
4. Civil Engineering;
5. Construction Photography;
6. Construction Cost Estimating Services;
7. Electrical Engineering;
8. Facility Condition Assessments;
9. Interior Design and Move Coordination Services;
10. Landscape Design;
11. Materials Testing/ Geotechnical Engineering;
12. Mechanical Engineering;
13. Project Scheduling Services;
14. Roofing Waterproofing and Building Envelope;
15. Structural Engineering;
16. Surveying and Utility Location Services;
17. Vertical Transportation System Design;
Submittals to include Letter of Interest, current SF-330 and
an Information Sheet, which is located on the URL above.
Responses shall include two (2) hard copy and one (1)
electronic (PDF) version of each proposal. Hard copies
shall not exceed twelve (12) sheets of 8 1/2" x
11" paper, double sided, bound, (excluding tabs,
Information Sheet and SF 330). Consultants or Designers
shall submit a separate Letter of Interest for each defined
discipline if consideration is sought in more than one
discipline.
Hard copy and electronic proposals must be received no later
than 4:00 p.m. on December 3, 2018. | |||||
