One-Two Sentences
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 8, 2014 at 10:00
am at the Craige Residence Hall 555 Paul Hardin Drive,
Chapel Hill.
The existing Craige Residence Hall roof is a built-up flat
roof that was installed in 1991. The roof is showing signs
of stress at the transition flashing from horizontal to
vertical surfaces. The roof is beyond the normal 20-year
life and needs replacement before failure occurs. Fall
protection will be installed in this project. Need to
contact Project Manager by email for complete Advertisement
/ Project Brief.
