| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project scope includes the restoration of the exterior
arches, renovation of the existing building, and
re-orientation of the baseball field, along with various
other items. This structure is a historic site, which is
listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Current authorization is for advance planning only. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
