| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Appalachian State University is soliciting the services of a
CM at Risk construction firm for the new End Zone Facility.
The project will replace 34,549 GSF Owens Fieldhouse with a
new multi-use 87,000 GSF facility. The CM will work with
A/E and coordinate Advanced Planning efforts to establish a
