Up-fit Existing shell space located on the 3rd level of the southwest building with a 6-station cadaver laboratory with attached classroom. Work includes but not limited to: Minor demolition of metal stud walls, demolition of existing plumbing rough-ins, construction of typical classroom, office, storage, housekeeping and cadaver laboratory with support spaces. Including repair/replacement of thermal insulation at exterior perimeter as needed, repair of spray-fireproofing at fire rated columns and beams as needed, acoustical batts, wood doors, HM frames, HM window, finishes, light fixtures, fire alarm, fire protection, automatic sprinklers, mechanical ducts with return-supply grilles, plumbing, electrical power, data, lab casework, AV infrastructure, door hardware , window manual blinds. Dedicated exhaust is existing so work will be making the required connections in the space. Coordination with Owner's contractor - Connections for owner provided Environmental Control Room and equipment, and AV equipment installer, integrator, and programmer. Installation of Owner purchased contractor installed exam lights.
