Bids will be opened and read aloud following the receipt deadline in Pinchbeck Conference Room 141. Schedule: 01/31/2023 - 3:00 pm - A pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on-site at conference room 141 Pinchbeck at Facilities Planning Design & Construction. 01/31/2023 - 3:45 pm - An open public meeting on-site at conference room 141 Pinchbeck at Facilities Planning Design & Construction. The meeting will identify preferred brand alternates and performance standards pertinent to this project. Note relevant sections of the performance standards may be obtained by contacting the designer. 02/14/2023 - 3:00 pm - Sealed proposals will be received until 3 pm and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read in conference room 141 Pinchbeck at Facilities Planning Design & Construction.
