| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project will include limited demolition of offices in
Suites 1600, 1800, and 2800 and then installation of new
carpet and paint with an add alternate for new lights and
ceiling tiles throughout the space. HVAC, electrical power,
data and telecommunications infrastructure within the space
will need to be evaluated and possibly upgraded. | |||||

A pre-submittal meeting will be conducted on September 3,
2014 at 2 PM in Admin Services III Conference Room 301.
Attendance is not mandatory but highly encouraged.

Electronic files of the Letter of Interest and 330 Form will
not be accepted. Only 1 submittal letter is required. All
submittals must be received by 5 PM on 9/12/14. |
