Project Description | One-Two Sentences The University seeks the talents of a firm that specializes
in architecture, housing master planning and financial
planning to assist with a physical and financial master plan
for University Housing. The successful firm will develop a
needs analysis (including a market analysis), an existing
facility assessment, sustainable financial plan, provide
options for review and a strategic plan for Appalachian
State University Housing. This includes: development of a
housing master plan for modernization of the current
facilities and new construction in the context of student
affordability; feasibility of renovation, demolition, new
construction and/or off-site development options;
incorporation of residential life experience to create a
vibrant and inclusive community, reflective of academic
excellence, high quality and student development. | |||||

limiting the length to 20 pages (or 10 front and back),
exclusive of the SF330. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM on
April 17, 2014. Firms are responsible for insuring
proposals are received by the due date and time.
