 Project Description One-Two Sentences
The University seeks the talents of a firm that specializes in architecture, housing master planning and financial planning to assist with a physical and financial master plan for University Housing. The successful firm will develop a needs analysis (including a market analysis), an existing facility assessment, sustainable financial plan, provide options for review and a strategic plan for Appalachian State University Housing. This includes: development of a housing master plan for modernization of the current facilities and new construction in the context of student affordability; feasibility of renovation, demolition, new construction and/or off-site development options; incorporation of residential life experience to create a vibrant and inclusive community, reflective of academic excellence, high quality and student development.
