| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project involves the Advance Planning and Design of a
~155,000 gross square foot residential building consisting
of ~425 beds in suite configuration. Phase XIV housing will
be built using LEED or Green Globes elements to be stewards
of our resources and available funds. This building will
utilize brick and pre-cast concrete on the exterior as is
typical for this campus.
Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
The selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the University's option. | |||||
