| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The Dorothy and Roy Park Alumni Center is an existing
4-story building used for hosting alumni events, receptions,
banquets and conferences. The HVAC system fails to heat and
cool certain areas properly. The project will address the
following HVAC deficiencies:
1. Alleviating temperature inconsistencies in three large
and high-profile rooms.
2. Correcting the poor application of ERVs and reducing the
amount of short-circuiting air flow.
3. Eliminating the negative pressure issue created by the
current exhaust requirements, particularly for the kitchen
area.
4. Updating the control monitoring system for all
