Residence Hall Fire Alarm System Replacement. The project
scope includes the installation of a new addressable fire
alarm and voice evacuation system for this twelve-story,
72,911 sf building. The existing fire alarm system will
remain in service until the new system is installed, tested,
and accepted, and then it will be removed. Construction is
expected to occur during the Summer of 2024, while the
building is unoccupied.
