| Project Description | One-Two Sentences University of North Carolina at Pembroke is inviting letters
of interest from qualified professionals to deliver
comprehensive design and construction administration
services for the project described above. This initiative
involves a multi-phase, campus-wide replacement of outdated
and deteriorating gas lines. The current plan envisions
construction phases occurring to align with the academic
calendar. The project aims to enhance campus safety and
improve resiliency during storm events.
Firms are requested to ensure receipt of One (1) electronic

In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina.
