**Contact the Project Manager for the full project brief including designer selection schedule and Pre-Submittal meeting.** The H.M. Michaux, Jr. School of Education (SOE) at 700 Cecil St in Durham, NC is an 118,207-square foot building constructed in 2000. It houses the SOE's classrooms, offices, auditorium, and library, as well as campus Information Technology Services (ITS). The project scope includes full replacement of the building's two chillers and two cooling towers, as well as full replacement and expansion of the building's existing pneumatic HVAC controls with direct digital controls. Additionally, during the Advanced Planning stage, the building's 12 existing air handlers and the 3 dedicated cooling units serving ITS should be assessed for potential inclusion in the project scope.
