| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This phased project will improve the aging HVAC systems in
Research Buildings I, III, & IV by replacing air
handling units, chillers, and upgrading BAS controls. The
project will also address supporting elements such as
electrical disconnects, indoor air quality, failing duct
insulation, and pressurization issues. | |||||
