The scope for this project will include installation of a drainage system, vapor barrier, and waterproofing in the crawlspace, updating existing plumbing and natural gas service lines, installation of a grease separator, floor drains and water-tight flooring system in the kitchen, dishwasher room, and food prep areas. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
