Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

Appalachian State University is accepting submittals for design services related to small renovation and construction Informal Projects (<$500,000). The Open-End Agreements will be utilized on an as-needed basis for up to a two-year period in the following disciplines: - Architectural - Asbestos Abatement (Design) - Civil Engineering/Landscape Design - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering - Materials Testing/ Geotechnical Engineering - Building Envelope - Structural Engineering - Surveying ASU will choose between three and five firms for each discipline. Along with the Letter of Interest, please submit the Information Sheet, relevant project experience and current SF-330 form. If you are submitting for more than one discipline, please submit a separate package for each discipline. Submit ONE (1) HARD COPIES and ONE (1) ELECTRONIC PDF COPY by July 11, 2024.
