| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project constructs a new 55,200 GSF Equine Hospital
Addition to the CVM Main Building and renovates 22,500 GSF
of existing space in the CVM Main Building to replace
outdated facilities lacking in vital units for critical
care, sports medicine and research space. The project will
include expansion of the Central Utility Plant (CUP) and all
associated utilities and infrastructure to support the needs
of the program. The project will require LEED Silver
