Programming and Advanced Planning for an oral health center
dedicated to serving people with special health care needs
including children, disabled veterans, the frail elderly,
adults with dementia, patients with medically complex
conditions, individuals with phobias, cognitive disorders,
and intellectual/developmental disorders. It will offer a
range of dental services including comprehensive
assessments, behavior management techniques, sedation and
anesthesia options, preventative care, restorative
treatments, and specialized services, and is expected to
accommodate 16-18 Operatories, 2 OR Suites,
reception/administration offices, and continuing
education/videoconference capabilities.
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the university's option. | |
