Project Description

The initial design work for the project is to study and provide alternatives with cost estimates for upgrading the Vivarium HVAC system as well as modifying AC-3 which serves the library. The goals for the project include: - Modify AHU AC-3 - Replace cooling coil - Accommodate installation of a fan wall - Upgrade controls - Vivarium HVAC system - Replace and right-size all existing VAV boxes - Add exhaust VAV boxes - Replace hot water valves - Upgrades controls - Balance and commission system - Replace lighting controls
