East Carolina University is seeking a qualified design firm to provide steam infrastructure design services and shall include an assessment to determine existing conditions and provide alternatives with cost estimates for renovation to the existing tunnel. The scope is from Bate Steam Distribution Center to the Wright Branch Steam Tunnel. The existing tunnel is approximately 6' x 6' inside, brick built, w/ cast-in-place concrete floor slab and ceiling slab, approximately 2' to 4' below finished grade
