| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Appalachian State University is seeking design services for
structural repairs to the steam tunnel under River Street on
Appstate's campus which is known as the Justice Tunnel.
Approximately 15 feet of existing tunnel is expected to be
removed and replaced. While the tunnel is being repaired,
the exposed steam and condensate piping is to be replaced.
This project will also include structural shoring of four
additional steam vaults on Appstate's campus.
The project will be administered as a System Office formal
project. Additional project requirements will be given to
the teams that are short listed and/or selected. | |||||
