Project Description
One-Two Sentences
Provide programming and advance planning for a new 85,000
GSF College of Engineering & Technology (CET) building
on the campus of Western Carolina University. Scope of
services as defined in the North Carolina State Construction
Manual, Section 504 (Items A through H).
Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
The selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the university's option.
