| Project Description | One-Two Sentences NC State seeks to hire a creative MEP designer to renovate
the HVAC systems in each of the Tri-Towers (built in 1968);
Bowen Hall (53,736 GSF), Carroll Hall (60,752), and Metcalf
Hall (72,909). The renovations will focus on outside air
makeup and exhaust air systems in each of the buildings, to
address moisture intrusion issues.
Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
The selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the university's option. | |||||
