Project Description
One-Two Sentences
This project renovates the first and second floor of the
Avent Ferry Technology Center (built in 1979 and renovated
in 2009). The renovation will allow for the consolidation of
the Office of Information Technology from other buildings on
campus, improve space efficiencies, and provide spaces that
better support a hybrid work environment.
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the university's option.
