Project Description

One-Two Sentences

Phase 1 of this project includes demolition documents and execution as well as design through the SD phase for office and laboratory space in Williams Hall (built in 1952 with a 1986 addition). The proposed phased modifications will increase efficiencies and accommodate additional fume hoods to meet research requirements. This project will include evaluations of existing MEP and structural systems. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through Phase 1 full design and construction at the university's option.
