| Project Description | One-Two Sentences ECSU is currently in the construction phase of an
Infrastructure Phase 1 and Phase 2 project. Phase 1 and
Phase 2 consists of the replacement of all domestic water
piping on campus, the replacement of the northern campus
electrical loop, new fiber pathways, and the erection of a
new radio tower. Phase 3 will consist of the completion of
the construction for the southern campus electrical loop,
individual building BFP installation, buildout of the CEP
plant infrastructure, and the addition of ITC (Welcome
Center), Burnim Fine Arts Center, and the Gilchrist
Education Center to the southern electrical loop, and the
replacement of underground mechanical vaults. | |||||
